This event takes place in the Downs Club Pool on Thursday 15th July.
It is a relay race with each swimmer completing two lengths. The first leg is
backstroke, the second breaststroke, the third front crawl and the fourth freestyle.
The team must include one female. The four fastest teams will swim again for the final positions.
