Bulletin 2 2004

Six teams have signed up for the games already! These are
CRUK (chemistry)
Eastenders (BLB east)
MUCRC
Paediatrics
Physics
Westsiders (BLB west)
I hope that two more teams can be found. I am waiting to hear from possible captains at the Haddow, McElwain, Pathology and Pharmacy. If you can't find enough people for a full team, maybe you can get together with another group or building. Most events need only 2-5 people. You don't need to sign them up yet - just indicate your willingness to look for them.

People have volunteered to organise the badminton, pool, running, snooker and squash. I would like some volunteers for the following: darts, football, quiz, softball, swimming, table tennis, tug-of-war and/or volleyball. I'm willing to run some of these myself, but not all of them.

I shall soon draw up a timetable for the games. It will cover the period 10 or 14 June till 23 July, but nothing will happen on July 6-7 (during the conference) nor June 17 (when, I'm told, the country will be watching football).
